As Community Manager at Meta, I was responsible for building engagement and managing the Meta Boost Leaders Network groups in Europe and later the Meta for Business profiles in the APAC region. I created and implemented community strategies, moderated interactions and organised online events that increased community member activity and loyalty. I worked with community leaders to provide valuable content and support to users, which contributed to a significant increase in engagement and strengthened the relationship between Meta and its communities. My work has improved communication, increased user satisfaction and strengthened Meta’s position as a leader in supporting businesses on social media platforms.
